Poon Hill Yoga Trek in Nepal

D. Have you ever been on a holiday trip or travelled to different places? Mention the hotspots, points of interest, etc. Share your experience with your friends.

Ans: Yes I have been to Pokhara on a holiday trip this week. It is a popular tourist destination in Nepal, known for its natural beauty, adventure activities, and cultural heritage. There are many hotspots or points of interest.

Phewa Lake is a beautiful lake, that is the second-largest in Nepal and offers stunning views of the Annapurna range. I did a boat ride with my family on the lake. The second hotspot is Sarangkot. From that hilltop village I had a panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges. It's a popular spot for paragliding and parahawking, which is paragliding with trained hawks but unfortunately I didn't have a change of paragliding. Another place I visited there is Davies Fall that is also known as Patale Chango, this waterfall is located on the outskirts of Pokhara and is a popular spot for swimming and picnicking. Peace Pagoda is another attracting site I visited. It is a Buddhist temple built by the Nipponzan Myohoji organization. I got a peaceful atmosphere and great views of Pokhara there. At International Mountain Museum I had an in-depth look at the culture and history of mountain climbing in Nepal, and it's a great place to learn about the area's mountaineering heritage. Mahendra Cave is a limestone cave which is one of the most visited sites in Pokhara, it is a natural cave with beautiful rock formations and a small stream running through it. Seti Gorge is another site I visited. It is a a deep gorge carved by the Seti River. It is a naturally wonder I have ever visited. Another amazing thing about Seti river is that it runs through the city of Pokhara. Gupteswar Cave Temple is a Hindu temple located inside a cave, it is considered one of the most sacred temples in Pokhara and is dedicated to Lord Shiva.

These are just a few of the many hotspots and points of interest in Pokhara, and there are many more things to see and do depending on your interests. Pokhara is a great destination for nature lovers, adventure seekers, and culture enthusiasts.

Writing I

Imagine that you are going on a three day trek during your vacation. What will you do on different days? Write a short paragraphs about your plans.

Ans:- If am going on a three day trek during my vacation, On the first day of the trek, I will likely spend the morning preparing for the hike. This could involve packing my gear, such as a backpack, camping equipment, and food. I may also want to spend some time stretching and doing light exercise to prepare your body for the physical activity ahead. Once I arrive at the trailhead, I'll begin my hike, taking in the sights and sounds of the surrounding wilderness. As I hike, I'll likely stop to rest, take in the views and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

On the second day, I'll wake up early and have breakfast, then continue on your trek. This day will likely be a bit more challenging, with steeper terrain and longer distances to cover. I'll take time to enjoy the scenery and take photographs, and maybe have lunch in a peaceful spot. I'll set up my camping site in the evening, make a fire and enjoy a meal.

On the third and final day, I'll pack up camp and head out early, with the goal of completing the trek by mid-day. This will be my last chance to take in the scenery and reflect on my journey. I'll reach the end of the trail, feeling accomplished and refreshed. I'll probably take a shower, have a good meal and rest, before I return home with memories and stories to share with my friends and family.

Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening

C. Where do  you often spend nights when you are away on a vist or holidays? How do you or would you make a reservation if you have to stay in a hotel? Share your ideas with your friends.

Ans:- I spend three or four nights away from home in a year. There are several ways to make a hotel reservation. Form me, one of the most common methods to book is via online hotel booking website or through the hotel's website. These websites typically allow us to search for available rooms, view photos and amenities, and make a reservation by entering your credit card information.

I also make a hotel reservation calling the hotel directly. This is a good option for me if I have specific questions or requests, or if I want to speak with someone about the hotel's amenities and services. Sometime I make a hotel reservation through a travel agent. Specially  I chose this option If I am planning a more complex trip and I need help coordinating multiple reservations. While making a reservation, it's important to me to consider my budget and the amenities that are important to me. I also ask my friends and family for recommendations, read online reviews, and check the hotel's website for information on location, room types, and amenities. For me it's also important to consider the terms and conditions of my reservation, including the cancellation policy, and any additional fees or taxes that may be applied.

In conclusion, making a hotel reservation, it is easy to me by searching online, calling the hotel directly, or through a travel agent. I consider my budget on hotel reservation, the amenities that are important to me and to read the terms and conditions of your reservation.

Dear Lucy,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to share my exciting travel plans for my upcoming holiday. I have been dreaming about this trip for a long time, and I am thrilled that it is finally happening.

I have decided to visit Gorkha with my family members, it's a place I have always wanted to go and explore. I have heard so many great things about the history, the culture, the food, and the scenery. I am looking forward to experiencing it all for myself.

We will be staying at Brindaban Hotel and Resort which I found on an online travel site. I am told it's a great location, close to all the major attractions. We will be there for two days, and I plan to make the most of our time by doing as much sightseeing and exploring as possible. I am particularly excited about visiting Gorkha Durbar, Bhimsen Park, Gorakhkali, Gorkha Museum with my family and I am also looking forward to trying the local cuisine.

In addition to sightseeing, I also plan to do some shopping and maybe even take a cooking class to learn how to make some of the traditional dishes. We are also planning to take a day trip to Manakama temple and explore more of the region.

I can't wait to tell you all about my adventure when I return. I am sure I will have lots of stories and photos to share.

In the meantime, please take care and let me know if there is anything specific you would like me to bring back for you.

Warm regards,

Anup
